Stylishly modernised the Globe Inn cant be missed as you pass through the pretty village of Frogmore in the heart of the South Hams in Devon.
There's plenty of rustic charm and country pub feel most apparent in the warm and friendly welcome from your hosts.
A new menu boasts light lunches, traditional favourites and a specials board that makes the very most of what's in season and local.
The Lamb and Apricot Casserole is particularly good and grilled Mackerel reminds you that the sea is not far away!

The pub has undergone a tasteful renovation during winter 2006/2007 and now boasts 8 well appointed ensuite bedrooms.
We have a fresh look to the restaurant and bars and have created an exciting new menu to complement the changes. The South Hams is a haven for sailors, golfers, divers, ramblers, birdwatchers, etc - almost all activities are well catered for.
The Globe is an ideal base for all holiday activities. We are surrounded by magnificent coastal scenery and un-crowded beaches, historic towns and villages are all close by.
