With dishes like roasted Sardines with lemon and sea salt or steamed Sea Bass with white wine and tarragon the focus at Take Thyme centres around fresh, locally caught fish and West Country reared steaks.
All prepared with little fuss, straight forward ingredients are allowed to speak for themselves.
The clean and fresh dinning features crisp linen and the sparkle of wine glasses and framed neatly with large square windows offering plenty of light and a feeling of ample space.
You'll find Take Thyme at the very bottom of Fore Street, a lovely little restaurant with a touch of personality.
